Beachbody on Demand equipment requirements vary. Some of the programs do not need any equipment; while others need several pieces of equipment. That being said non of it is crazy expensive or hard to get your hands on.
Are you interested but, feel worried the investment might be too much to take on? I’d like to help ease the pressure of what the cost might be and break it down. Some of the programs are only body weight. I love these! The workouts are amazing and you get a great sweat in. All you need is you!
Along with that each program lasts for a certain duration. So, let’s say you take part in a body weight only program after starting your subscription. This gives you up to 10 weeks. So, for 10 weeks straight all you have had to invest in is the initial subscription to beachbody. SUPER AFFORDABLE! Way less expensive than a gym membership.
Once those 10 weeks are up you decide to take part in a program that lasts 21 days. At this point you make a new investment in the equipment needed. And so on and so forth. You just take small steps in acquiring the varying equipment. There is absolutely NO NEED TO break the bank. Fitness does not need to break the bank.
The most expensive investment for the Beachbody on Demand equipment would be the investment in weights. Several of the programs require weights. At this current moment I have four sets.
Beachbody offers all equipment needed on their website. The only piece of equipment you won’t be able to find is the weights. Those will need to be purchased elsewhere.

**equipment I have used while doing Beachbody programs
I would love for you to take the leap with me! Invest in you and have me as your coach. There alongside you! Cheering you on. Checking in. Accountability is huge when it comes to being successful. As we all know motivation does not always stick around. It comes and goes. Dedication is what sticks around and going it together will surely keep us dedicated.
Sincerely, I hope this helps to clarify things and ease the angst that comes with trying something new. I was there four months ago. But, I am sure glad I ignored those feelings and invest in me. These programs have helped me to feel the strongest I have ever felt. After two kids and five years of working out in my home. I have found the program that has far exceeded my expectations.
Why Beachbody on Demand at home-
The most asked question I receive is how am I able to workout from home. How do I stay motivated? There are two main reasons for why I am able to workout from home…
- First and foremost, I like to spend the least amount of time needed on working out. I want to be efficient. The time getting to and from a gym is time I could be using on something else. Packing my clothes, packing the boys’ things for daycare, driving, parking, walking in, getting started. All time I just don’t want to use up in my day on fitness. I love waking up, putting on my workout clothes, exercising, and walking back to my bedroom to shower. Depending on the workout- start to finish (getting dressed to showering can take as little as an hour.)
- There is a great sense of pride in the fact that feeling strong and being strong doesn’t have to come from a gym. Knowing that we are able to accomplish so much in our own homes is amazing! Representing this is something I love; to be a testimony for at home fitness. It all started five and a half years ago because I couldn’t afford a gym membership. I keep working out at home because I love the results. I love that it’s quick.
